Weezpr is currently offered as a private beta. Access may be approved, limited, suspended, or ended at our discretion. Features may change, break, be removed, or become unavailable during beta.

Private beta access is free during beta. We may introduce paid plans or other commercial terms later with notice before paid access applies.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs in your workspace. You must provide accurate information when requesting access or using the product.

You are responsible for the trade records, imports, notes, files, account labels, and other information you submit to Weezpr.

Weezpr is not a broker, financial institution, investment adviser, fiduciary, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Weezpr does not provide trading, investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, losses, gains, risk management, imports, and interpretation of analytics.

Analytics, charts, calculations, imports, market data, summaries, insights, and other outputs may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. You should independently verify information before relying on it.

• Imported trade data may parse incorrectly or require review.
• Market data may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, or unavailable.
• Beta features may contain bugs, downtime, data issues, or changing behavior.

You agree not to misuse Weezpr, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Weezpr for unlawful activity.

Weezpr uses necessary service providers to operate, secure, host, analyze, and support the product. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Weezpr is provided during beta on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Weezpr will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, indirect damages, consequential damages, or decisions made based on product outputs.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable product or email notice when appropriate.
